My recent stay at Hostal Residencia Castilla exceeded all my expectations. The front desk staff, particularly Paco, provided invaluable guidance on local attractions and dining options, enhancing my experience despite my limited Spanish. The room's impeccable cleanliness and the abundance of free toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. The proximity of the hotel to the historic city center, just a short walk away, allowed for easy exploration of Cuenca's charm. The cozy bed, coupled with the effective heating and air conditioning, ensured a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The variety of TV channels on the flat-screen TV added a modern touch to the traditionally charming ambiance of the hotel. With Cafeteria Cuatro Caminos and other dining options within a stone's throw, the gastronomic delights of Cuenca were truly at my fingertips. Hostal Residencia Castilla has set a new standard for accommodation in my travels, and I cannot wait to return to this exceptional establishment.
